The Metapace S-1 reads all standard 1D bar codes, fulfilling all requirements of trade and production. Thanks to its single-board construction and robust scan unit, it withstands long daily use and the related unavoidable falls without a problem. The housing is made of impact-resistant plastic and all components are connected with one another, ensuring that the scanner remains undamaged even after heavy strain by careless users. All components for immediate use via USB interface are included in the delivery, so neither a driver nor special software must be installed.
