The new BHT-400 series barcode terminals set new standards when it comes to mobility, stability, ergonomics and performance. The BHT-400 series was designed specifically to meet the mobile data entry requirements of retail businesses. The new BHT-400 is available either as a batch terminal or as a WiFi terminal for wireless LAN. With the optional Bluetooth feature you can connect to a PC, portable printer, modem or access point.




	Progressive Advanced Scanning		The modern CCD technology makes it possible to read even narrow barcodes at distances of up to 700mm.


	High-speed wireless data transfer		No cables, thanks to WLAN, GPRS, Bluetooth Version 1.2 and the newest security standards. The WiFi technology conforms to the IEEE 802.11b HF standard and provides for wireless data transfer at 11 Mbit/s.


	Large QVGA colour display		The generous display, with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels (QVGA), makes it possible to capture even large quantities of text quickly. The graphic screen offers improved display of both text and images. The data are displayed clearly and can be read easily – whatever the prevailing lighting conditions.


	High stability		Features for a long life: waterproof, dust resistant (industry standard IP54) and shock proof (passes drop test from 1.5m onto concrete).

	Microsoft© Windows© CE.NET		The BHT-400 comes complete with the newest operating system, Windows CE.NET 5.0.


	Ergonomics		Balanced weight distribution and the overall light weight – just 335g – make operation easy.
