The Explore R-HF RFID reader represents a new standard in ultra compact lightweight RFID devices that can be deployed in wireless or wireline environments connecting in a plug and play manner to host computers, handhelds, phones and smart phones. The device is housed in a credit card sized case (50 x 80 x 13 mm) and weighs little more than 50 grams. It fits conveniently into a shirt pocket and snugly into the palm of your hand. Combined with Tracient's TraceConnect software suite this product can be up and running in minutes. The USB interface allows for static mounting on a wall or counter for tagged items to be read in proximity.
It features a highly configurable user interface to enable a variety of business models such as push to read, remote triggering or continuous scan operation. It operates with industry standard RFID HF tags at 13.56 MHz and is ideal for Near Field Communications (NFC) type applications. | ||||||||
