1. Long service life
The guiding rods have a ball bearing and therefore they have only little wear.
2. Variable product heights
With the lift cylinder the labelling at different heights is possible. The applicator is
available in different lift lengths.
3. Easy adjustment
With four screws the print pad is adjusted to the dispense edge. During test mode
the processing is optimized at control panel.
4. Pre-dispense key
This key tests the labelling process. After fi rst operation the label is printed and picked up from applicator. With the next operation the labelling process is started.
5. Compressed air service unit
The installation is executed at printer, frame or tripod. The micro fi lters prevent contamination and the pressure reducer guarantees the labelling quality.
6. High process liability
The supporting air and vacuum as well as speed of cylinder are adjustable. In order to avoid contamination within the vacuum channels, they are cleaned at the end of each application.
7. Real time labelling
It is possible to apply labels with a height of
25 - 150 mm and a width of
25 - 116 mm.
8. Fast installation
Like all peripheral devices the applicator also is attached to the printer with two plugs and fastened by a screw.
